The beta fund takes losses on both the Liverpool and Arsenal matches as they fail to overcome lesser rivals away from home.  But backing Portsmouth and West Ham proves profitable as they both win on the road.  Although this week’s gain in the fund is on the low side at 8% it’s pleasing none the less to get this December’s  ’public’ tips off to a positive start.

The details of the fund results can be seen here.  The fund just missed out on tripling the starting investment of 100 (after 9 weeks!) as it rose above and then fell back below 300.
