Inside the spread

This weekend of games really stands out.  The glamour ties are tomorrow with the Big 4 playing each other.  Today sees a lot of close games and that spells draws which don’t payout on my system of backing and laying both sides with the same stake.  You can of course vary bets as you wish.  One idea would be to fix the stakes so you always profit from a draw; i.e. lay more than you back.  You would still be backing and laying dependent on value.

The largest value offering comes on laying Fulham at home closely followed by laying Wigan at home.  Bolton odds are closest to fair value according to the Algorithm.  The Algorithm odds actually lie within the back/lay spread so you could either back or lay or both if you get the odds taken.
