Very disappointing performance from Portsmouth who just didn’t look like they were there to compete. I hope they haven’t written January off already due to the loss of 4 players to the Africa Cup. The model takes no account of losing players as it only tracks performance. There is an argument for manual adjustment of ratings but this is subjective and therefore best done outside the model.
