We were undone yesterday by an injury time Agbonlahor goal which gave Villa a win against West Ham. The difference between the draw, which we backed, and the Villa win was worth roughly 10% of the betting fund. Still, win some, lose some. We’ve been on such a good run recently that it matters little. In fact, taking a look at this season’s results graph, the fall yesterday hardly makes a dent in the performance over the past few months.

Turning to today’s game, Arsenal v Liverpool (4pm Sky Sports) is going to be a real battle. I think we can look forward to end to end play with some great goals. It wouldn’t be any surprise to see Dirk Kuyt play a large part in today’s game, having just signed to Liverpool until 2013.
